2023 Chillable Red Wine made from Pinot noir grapes out of the Monterey County. The Pinot noir grapes sat on skins for 3 days, giving the wine a vibrant ruby color. From here the juice was fermented in stainless steal, producing a wine in between a rosé and a light red wine. The aroma, similar to a rosé, leading with bright red candied fruit, while the palate leans more towards a light red wine with soft tannins and hints ripe red fruit.
